A new year, a new you with Stesso

Making resolutions are par for the course with each new year we ring in, and some January promises have become yearly mantras already: Lose the excess weight, trim our waistlines, take better care of our skin, live a generally healthier lifestyle.
For 2013, though, why not make the leap from making these resolutions a yearly cycle into making them a lifetime commitment?

Introducing Stesso, the Body Renewal Specialist that believes in committing to bring out their clients' best bodies and best faces. Building on their philosophy of partnership, Stesso works closely with clients, explaining to them every detail of the procedures needed to help them attain their goals and teaching them proper post-procedure practices — a relationship that is built on truth and trust.
Communication, trust, honesty, and sharing one goal — these are the pillars on which Stesso builds their brand of service, combined with their team's expertise. “Here, you will take the journey toward your total body transformation with a dedicated team of body specialists who will set you forth and see you through until you reach your goal,” says Stesso's Dr. Lalaine Estanislao Ambulo. “It's a commitment to a lifestyle, not a heap of false promises.”
Stesso's menu of services feature specially designed treatments that use state-of-the-art European technology, which cater to clients' specific goals but without painful invasive measures:

Inheriting hair loss -- and its solution

When considering the causes of an ailment, one of the first places to look is our genes. Could it possibly be something you’ve inherited?

With hair loss, this is certainly the case. In fact, it is the most common cause of hair loss, called Androgenetic Alopecia. It occurs in about 95 percent of males and 70 percent in females. Studies reveal that this also occurs in combination with other factors such as aging and hormonal changes.

Symptoms of hereditary hair loss include a gradual thinning of the hair to complete hair loss on a certain part of the scalp, if not entire baldness. The hair loss pattern and rate is different among men and women, though they similarly occur in the 20s and 30s. Family history is the biggest indicator of when hereditary hair loss starts to take place, and at what rate.

The good news is that hereditary hair loss is treatable. And while invasive options such as hair lasers and transplants abound, nature itself has bestowed us with the remedy we need to deal with hair loss.

Novuhair Topical Scalp Lotion is a an all-natural formula for treating hair loss. It is made of herbal ingredients such as moringa oleifera, panax ginseng, aloe vera, the essential oils of rosemary and peppermint, and virgin coconut oil. Collectively, the ingredients help improve blood circulation to the scalp and increase nutrients to hair follicles. Other beneficial side effects include returning and locking the hair’s natural luster, and preventing premature graying or whitening.

Three OPM acts to watch out for in 2013

THIS 2013, there are three Original Pilipino Music (OPM) acts that you must watch out for. Young, talented, and oozing with mass appeal, they are a glimpse of the future of the Philippine music industry.

We’re talking about rock band Letter Day Story, balladeer-songwriter Myrus, and boy band 1:43 (pronounced as “one forty-three”). These three, who are all managed by public relations and social media expert Chris Cahilig, have been making waves across all media platforms.

LETTER DAY STORY, composed of rockers Aldrick “Dex” Yu, John Oliver “Oli” Agustin,  Chrisanthony “Not” Vinzons, and Emil Joseph “EJ” Arabit, won the Best Rock/Alternative Recording trophy at the 2012 Awit Awards for their song “Save Me.” They won over the other nominees, who are all more established and highly-respected bands and solo artists.

G.E.B. Super Club: Your New Great Clubbing Venue

I maybe in my early 40’s but I too know how to party. Last January 10, together with other bloggers, we stroll around Tomas Morato to find the right place to party. Tomas Morato in Quezon City is known as the hearth of partying and grinding, a diverse party and clubbing hub for all. As the most popular nightlife in the area, Tomas Morato is where party people like us find places suitable to our taste, whatever age us maybe.

Disco to my generation, clubbing to you generation; use whatever term you want but the bottom line is party all night mode switching on.
