The Asian Institute of Maritime Studies marked another
course of history when it recently launched the Museo Maritimo at the Jayne
Offemaria-Abuid Hall of AIMS, 6/F MC Building, Roxas Boulevard , Pasay .
The soft launched of the Museo Maritimo featured history,
photographs, arts and artifacts that showcase the country’s historic moments
both as a maritime landmark and as a big source of excellent seafaring people.The museum features 18 pillars of the maritime industry from
shipping to manning, training, worker’s welfare, among others. It showcases the
evolution of the shipping and manning industry of the country from the earliest
development of merchant marine training and manning up to the present time.
The Museo Maritimo is open to the public
Monday – Friday
8:00 am- 5:00 pm
Entrance Fee
Public – P100.00
Student –P 75.00
